Thank you Savannah for the circle you held. The energy was high in the room and I’m so grateful for the healing I received. Without even really noticing, I was empowering my voice and instead of getting dysregulated, or over people pleasing I spoke up with my partner and it has fostered and opened up better communication between us. Early days still so will definitely be coming back.
